activesync mobile 6.1

Activesync  is no longer working after upgrading your phone to Windows Mobile 6.1

Solution: 

Keep in mind this will clear the data currently on the phone!

1, Open ActiveSync
2. In the Menu Choose options
3. Select the Root option (Might be Exchange, outlook or  USB PC . Do not select the items like Contacts e-mail etc.)
4. Press the Delete button and if there are more root options delete them all.

Now the profile is deleted and you can connect the phone again to create a new profile.
